	Sebastian Ghica is the executive director of "Joseph" Foundation.        "My name is Sebastian Ghica, I have graduated Social Assistance and now I am the manager of "Joseph" Foundation. I wish that this organisation has a positive impact for as many people of our community as possible".
	Vichiriuc Mara is the programs coordinator of "Joseph" Foundation. She has been working for the organization since 1997.        "My name is Mara Vichiriuc and I’ve been a social worker since 1996. I graduated the University of Orthodox Theology (Social Worker’s Section). My experience as a social worker comes from collaborating with non-governmental institutions, specializing in "children in difficulty". I’ve been working for the “Joseph” Foundation since 1997".        Few of my attributes and works are: Social intervention. Organizing the social background. Co-ordining the program addressed to the alternative care. Initiating activities meant to develop good skills of the beneficiaries. Counseling the children and the parents. Initiating meetings with the children and the parents. Participating at the courses of training and perfectioning the professional foster parents. I take part at the monthly visits to the foster parents who take care of the children, with the help of the “Joseph” Foundation.        I have realized from the beginning that I don’t have a schedule to work after, I don’t have a specific profession, because when my day work is over, I take all these problems with me, at home.        My motto is: “A child in difficulty is a child who can not wait”
	DANIELA CORNESTEAN has been working at Joseph Foundation as a psychologist since 1998.        "I've been working at the "Joseph" Foundation since 1998, as a psychologist. Among my activities here, there are: psychological testing, therapy, counseling the children, counseling the children in their relationship with their families and training the professional foster parents. Why do I do this? It’s simple: because I consider that these children have the right to happiness, to a better life and because their smile is very important for me."
