1.) A new Phare project will be developed by The Joseph Foundation , as  we have won another financing round-Phare 2006-Measures for social inclusion.
       The project „Partnership for including gypsy people in the working field” aims at training 50 gypsy people (women and men) who live in Voinesti village, county of Iasi, and who are looking for a job or who work in agriculture but earn very small wages.The beneficiares will be part of a training on one of the following jobs (carpenter, builder, animal breeder), a life skills’ training and they will, also, receive tools according to the job they will be trained for;they will receive support and will be monitored in order to get hired.
           All these activities will be part of the project, no matter what the local authorities will do and they will facilitate the integration in the  working field for 50 gypsy people from Voinesti village.These people don’t have the possibility to cover for themselves the cost of the activities in the project.The value of the project is 56620 euros, from which 89,70% is covered by the European Commision and the Romanian Government

2.) Starting with April 30 gypsy people from Raducaneni will start the  trainings on the project „Together for an inclusive society”.

3.) On the projectTransfrontalier partnership for supporting children in need” project that is designed to achieve a stronger collaboration between governmental and non-governmental organizations working in the field of child protection from Iasi and Chisinau,we will receive the visit of our partners from “Caritas Moldova”-Moldova Republic between 01.04.2008-03.04.2008.Between 05.05.2008-07.05.2008 a training will be held for 20 specialists from Iasi and Chisinau.
