It took place the meeting of the board. Various problems were taken under discussion. The members of the board decided to operate some changes in the statute of the foundation. The board also voted for the receiving of new members in the board, this amendment being valid beginning with February 2006. It was raised for discussion the budget and the activities for 2006. Next meeting of the board was scheduled for next month.
We continued the preparations of the legal papers necessary for obtaining the accreditation of Joseph Foundation as a social service, in accordance with the legislative changes in the field of children protection.
We paid the monthly visits to our children in foster families in Iasi County. The purpose of these visits is to make sure these children are well taken care of. It was also a good opportunity for us to physically and psychologically evaluate these children. Their welfare is our supreme goal.
We take an active part into the life of our children in foster families. We are near them both when they have problems of any kind, and when they are happy. We celebrate their birthdays together with them. These are the children who celebrated their birthdays in January:

Beginning with January 2006 we stated a new program: “Sponsor a Child”. We are already working to develop this program for the benefit of as many children in extremely poor families in the county as possible.
